Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 2D78522 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV35151MA32 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10946AK10 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PT12C10D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMGV13ADC61SGDV120A01A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV78840AB103BA0 by Siemens and SGMGV13ADC61SGDV120A01A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
